The building expands on both sides of Via Rotonda: the guest quarters part, where the Bed & Breakfast rooms are situated, has an independent entrance in Vicolo Bacia Femmine (Kissing-girls Alley, name given because the road is narrow). The front, with the terrace and the windows of the rooms, is on Via rotonda, the main road of the vilage.
